Most residential roofs are a one to two day job once materials are on site, weather permitting. Larger or more complex roofs can run longer, and we give you a timeline before we start.
How long should an asphalt roof last in Minnesota?
A quality asphalt shingle roof typically lasts 20 to 30 years here, though hail and wind can cut that short. Minnesota storms are the biggest factor, which is why regular inspections matter.
What does a new roof cost?
